The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.
