Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday house "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

The apartment Ostseeblick (60m²) in Villa Sonnenschein is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. Within walking distance you can reach the Jasmund National Park, the beach promenade, the chalk coast, the Sassnitz harbour and various shopping opportunities. Parking is available in front of the house. The well-kept garden with Hollywood swing and beach chair invites you to linger and relax. On request, we will put fresh buns in front of the apartment door every morning on request.

Balcony with direct sea (and sky)views, ideal starting point for hikes through the national park, to the chalk cliffs or through the lively harbor with its excursion boats to the seaside resorts, Cape Arkona or the island tour. About the apartment itself: an ideal family apartment with three rooms. Welcome to the perfect break in the middle of it and yet at a distance from the other seaside resorts.

Apartment No. 3 (50 m²) in the Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a combined living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. On request, we will put fresh rolls outside your door every morning.

High ceilings, proximity to the sea, the charm of the lively market square and a large roof terrace make the apartment unique in Sassnitz. Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.
