Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sassnitz

Very nice and cozy place to stay, super clean and very nice, accommodating hosts. The only thing I found really disturbing was the lack of privacy screens on the bathroom window. Directly across from the train station, so a little more noise intensive.

We made a beautiful short trip here for Easter and we were very satisfied. Great place to escape the ordinary. The apartment offers everything you need and also a great view of the Baltic Sea. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful apartment – we liked everything very much! The proximity to the sea and shops is a big plus. Although you can see the train station and the trains from the window, it is very quiet at night. The windows go to the courtyard. The living room basically serves as a second bedroom, as it has a door – that was a pleasant bonus for us :) We were travelling as a family, and the children slept in the living room. Small disadvantages: There is no microwave (we had to warm everything up on the stove), and in the bedroom there is a large shared blanket - I prefer to sleep under my own, separate one.

We felt right at home. As soon as you walked through the door, it smelled very clean, like fresh laundry. Putting on bed linen was not a problem for us, so we saw what the duvets and pillows looked like. Towels were also included. Everything was easily accessible on foot. And a trip to Cape Arkona is recommended. We'll be back.

We stayed at this property for five days as a family. The location is really great. Restaurants and attractions in the immediate vicinity. On the two balconies you can enjoy many hours of sunshine, especially in the evening hours. The amenities in the apartment are perfectly fine and the kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is already a bit outdated, but still okay. The host is very accommodating and exemplary in communicating. We were happy to be there and can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We stayed with three adults and one toddler in Andrea's apartment. It was a great fit and we felt very comfortable! The apartment was well equipped, we particularly liked the kitchen-living room. The location of the apartment is great, everything is easy to reach!

During our stay, the apartment served as a second home. In addition to the optimal location, we particularly appreciated the conservatory. There were plenty of utensils for cooking, as well as a stove and oven. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We felt really comfortable in the accommodation and can highly recommend it.

We were by car in Mölschow, which is very centrally located on Usedom and therefore we could reach all coastal towns very easily and quickly from there (we can say nothing about the public transport). We were able to reach Swinemünde in less than 40 minutes. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and pretty. We used the garden with terrace every day and barbecued once. Dieter is friendly and helpful. He quickly takes care of his guests' concerns. We will book the accommodation again the next time we are on Usedom.

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

The house is very nicely decorated and the garden offers everything you need to have a good time with the sauna, the hot tub and the barbecue. The kitchen is great for cooking with several people. We didn't miss anything in terms of cooking utensils, and there was enough crockery for everyone. The way to the beach is relatively short.

We had a wonderful short break in Sandra's thatched cottage! I can only recommend it, we felt at home! Thank you!

The holiday with Uwe was as relaxing as we planned it. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we would receive a friendly welcome. The listing is as described. Attention Steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for nice walks.

We spent some very nice days in this wonderful cottage. Everything is really available for families with small children. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the week in Reethus Meerverliebt very much. The location is quiet and within walking distance to the beach! The kids (2.5 years old) rode the path with the balance bike! The amenities and cleanliness left nothing to be desired! Karolin and Tobias have given us great tips for restaurants, and excursions in the area! We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much!

We spent a long weekend here with child , dog and 4 adults. The house was just perfect, very clean, nicely decorated and nothing was missing. The location both in the village(very quiet) and on the island (super central) is also just perfect if you want to relax but also want to do something spontaneously. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Beautiful quiet private-feeling corner house. Everything present, of good quality. We were in trouble for a while due to a short circuit, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city centre is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really recommend the accommodation!

We had a great holiday and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great holiday and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
