If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. See my profile You have your own private entrance and garden. Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there can be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easygoing. A cat may come for a visit. Welcome to our guesthouse that we call Brygghuset because there was just a red brewhouse there on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed. In our home, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets
