Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The 120 m² vacation home has been newly renovated and is technically up to date (mesh Wi-Fi, 100 mBit, 55-inch LG TV, Disney Plus,...). The unobstructed view of the Silvretta is breathtaking. The nearby shopping and the lift within walking distance make the location of the property unique. The property can accommodate up to 3 cars. The parking spaces are monitored by a security camera. The neighboring bungalow can accommodate 4 people.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.
