The “Zamangspitze” apartment is located on the second floor of the old Montafonerhaus. Access from a separate guest entrance. The apartment is approximately 42 m² (450 sq. ft.) in size, has one bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a combined kitchen and living room with a couch and dining table (for 4 people), as well as access to the corner balcony, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. All rooms start from a small hallway. On the balcony you can enjoy sun all day long thanks to the east/south orientation.

In summer, the surrounding area invites you to enjoy beautiful hikes and excursions. In winter, you will find wonderful ski resorts nearby, easily accessible by the free ski bus.

In spring, summer and autumn too, the various mountain railways offer a varied and convenient way to explore the Montafon mountains (Rätikon, Silvretta, Verwall) with their beautiful scenery.

A charming house is situated in a scenic landscape, featuring a spacious balcony adorned with vibrant flowers. Mountain views surround the property, with well-maintained greenery and pathways visible. The garage entrance and driveway provide convenient access to the home.

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

There is ample, free parking available. The bus stop is about 500 metres away, and the ski lifts are about 3 kilometres from the property. Hiking trails can be accessed from the property.
