The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have the specialty shop AUTUMN and a Wine & Coffee shop. Lovely bright wooden house on undisturbed ground with views and lovely terrace. The house is located in the village of Brundby and it has a cosy kitchen with dining table and access to the terrace with garden furniture. Living room with wood stove, two bright bedrooms + a smaller bathroom. In Brundby is the rock hotel, and it is 2 kilometers to the seaside resort of Ballen, where there are good restaurants. Tranebjerg is 2 km away with good shopping opportunities. Steep staircase without railing up to the house, which unfortunately is not handicap-friendly.

It has a dog-friendly fenced garden. Sauna. There’s two kayaks belonging to the house. Stavns fjord with its archipelago of small island islands is a fantastic and safe play to go kayaking. Possibility of use of wilderness bath (outdoor hot tub). The house is centrally located on the island and within cycling distance to both the beach, dining and the many flea and food stalls on the island. Take an evening walk to the Animal (the highest point of the South Island) or walk the 2km to the water and enjoy the sunset.

Our guest house is located on its own, in the large courtyard. The house is cozy and partially modernized, has central heating and next to kitchen and bathroom contains of four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds - one room with a double bed and children's bed, three holding two single beds each. For bigger groups (min. 4 people) we offer breakfast with organic, local and homemade products, 125 kr/p.p. Please order well in advance!

This home is not a standard rental summerhouse, this is our private home that we welcome you in. The house has a large secluded garden and parking, is in walking distance to Ballen and the beach is just across the road. The house is on one level and contains 1 children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed. A parents bedroom with a double bed. A kitchen -living room and a TV living room. There is a toilet with a tub.

The house 10 B is atonally renovated part of a historic 3 wing wood frame house from 1680, located I the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation . The house has floor heating and a bekkasin stove. A unik fusion of new and old
