Design, light and cosiness in Absolute City Center

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Lovely farmhouse apartment close to nature

Modern independent apartment at the south end of beautiful quiet country house. 2 rooms with 2x90cm beds as a double bed in the garden room and 1 piece 140cm double bed plus good sofa bed in the field room. Kitchen with modern facilities and 5 dining areas as well as small sofa. Access to private terrace with barbecue and shared garden. Bathroom with shower and changing area. Lovely view of the garden and fields. Fire pit, hill with a view, 850 m to lovely beach. We have a hen, beekeeping and eco-manage on the farm. Electric car charger 11W.

Charming cottage close to beach

If you want to stay in a truly idyllic holiday home atmosphere close to the water, then the holiday home that we call Bette A may be something for you. Bette A is located on a large plot with only 200 meters from the lovely beach - Mårup österstand. The garden invites to play and cozy with trampoline, swings and large terrace. Bette A is from the 70s, but just renovated, so the house is bright and even new kitchen. There are 3 rooms. Two rooms with a three-quarter bed and a room with a bunk. The cottage is within walking distance to Nordby.

The most beautiful gem with a sea view

The house is located with the most beautiful view of the sea. There is a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture on both sides, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The house is furnished with a large double bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom is a reasonable size with a large shower room. The living room and kitchen are in a good space for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a bio fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Feel free to take off your shoes when using it.

Huset ligger i Mårup på Nordøen, tæt på havnen og Nordby bakker. Der er 900m i luftlinje mellem begge strandsider. Huset er rummeligt, højt til loftet og med mange hyggekroge. Der er inkluderet sengelinned, et håndklæde og et badehåndklæde pr. person. Den skønne bakkede natur er kendetegnet for Nordøen, den starter lige ude foran døren. Nordøen har indkøb, restauranter og specialbutikker. Vi har en specialbutik HØST der også har vin & kaffebar. Galleriet er med Pernilles værker.

The bathhouse is located on Århus island which is the new hip place. Bring the fishing rod - possibility of fishing right by the house. At the harbour 100-200 m from the house there is ample opportunity to have a nice street food meal 🍺🌮🍔and or its morning coffee️️ 🥐or perhaps a delicious ice 🍦🍡cream to end the day with. Or take a stroll to downtown 1.5 km🤗here is the rich opportunity for shopping and good dining.
