We live in a lovely little village with a cozy street, good neighbors and good community. We are 2 km to the water, 5 km to Tranebjerg and 7 km to Ballen with a nice beach and marina. Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!) live on the farm. Newly renovated apartment of approximately 60 m2 with private bathroom King-size bed in separate bedroom. Extra bed available. Possibility to sit outside. Private kitchen with the option to cook. Bed linen and towels are provided.

It has a dog-friendly fenced garden. Sauna. There’s two kayaks belonging to the house. Stavns fjord with its archipelago of small island islands is a fantastic and safe play to go kayaking. Fast internet. Water, electricity and end of lease cleaning is included in the rent. Start/end-day: Saturday.

Skønt og unikt sommerhus med kun 400 meter til fantastisk strand. Grunden har masser af natur. På grunden er der en stor trampolin som børn og voksne kan have masser af glæde af. Der er desuden en ude bruser med både varmt og koldt vand, hvilket giver en dejlig oplevelse. Der vil være rent sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker m.m. til rådighed ved ankomst. Slutrengøring kan tilkøbes for 135 €. Hvis ikke, forventes det, at I selv gør huset rent efter opholdet.

Idyllically located country estate in the middle of Samsø. Large plot of land with plenty of opportunity for outdoor life. Fire pit, trampoline and ball court. The kitchen and bathroom are older, but everything works and it is nice and cozy to be there. The farm is secluded at the end of a gravel road, 5 km to Samsø's main town Tranebjerg, 5 km to Ballen and 3.5 km to the beach in Sælvig. Many opportunities for lovely walks, cycling and hiking.
