Beautiful views of gardens and fields. Fireplace, hill with a view, 850 meters to a beautiful beach. We have chickens, beekeeping and organic sheep farming on the farm. Electric car charger 11W.

Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small farmhouse with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill to the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea, or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the lookout tower. The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.

The house is 140 square metres and is located in the quiet village of Kolby on the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bathroom) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people of max 170 cm. In total, there are 8 sleeping places. There is also a weekend bed including a duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace and the kids can play on the large lawn.

Our unique and spacious home has its very own retro style that blends modern design and patinated rustic furnishings. Our home is centrally located in Tranebjerg and is framed by beautiful nature. The neighborhood consists of the old beautiful Tinghus, Tranebjerg Church and protected fields. It is also possible to rent the associated guest house - the entire property.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Here, everything is within walking distance - a few minutes to the ARoS art museum and Jægergårdsgade with lots of cozy bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to the train station, Bruuns Galleri, Strøget and the Latin Quarter with small cozy shops and restaurants and cafes. So enjoy the city's bustle and come home and relax in the courtyard. It is a peaceful entrance with only five apartments and we take care of each other.

En ferie i vores hyggelige, autentiske sommerhus, er ren hygge. Huset er 60 kvm (bedst egnet til en-familie) og indeholder stemningsfyldt stue med varmepumpe og brændeovn. I forbindelse med stuen ligger et nyt køkken fra 2022. Husets sovepladser fordeler sig på et værelse med en dobbeltseng, et værelse med køjeseng- mest velegnet til børn. De sidste sovepladser er i det nyindrettede anneks meddobbeltseng og dobbeltmadras på gulv Bemærk, at huset er af ældre dato, løbende er blevet renoveret.
