The holiday home Maierhof 341 is located in See and impresses guests with its breathtaking view of the mountains. The three-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for up to 8 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workstation for home office, a smart TV, washing machine & tumble dryer as well as children's books and toys.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. There is a cycle path a few metres away, and there are numerous excursion options. It is 10 minutes from Chiavenna and 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
