Holiday rentals with a sauna in Samnaun

We stayed here for 2 days, the apartment has everything you need. Especially the kitchen was very well stocked! Unfortunately, our neighbors in the apartment next door were very noisy (until late at night), so please bring Ohropax:) Highlighted is also the balcony and the sauna in the basement, which can be used for €2!

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. We stayed for 5 nights over new year as a family of 3 (daughter aged 9) and were totally impressed with everything about this place! The place was so well equipped with every detail considered (even more than mentioned in the listing), everything was spotless and felt brand new , there was a focus on eco tourism and sustainability which was carried through into literally everything, the quality of everything was amazing. We were amazed by the breakfast basket we were left each morning, full of local produce and specialities and different each day. The location was easy to reach and the town was cosy for snow sports, not too busy but everything you could need and all amenities accessible and easily bookable , even for snow sports beginners. Cannot fault the place would love to return, thank you to Christine for making it so perfect!

We are walking the Via Jacobi across Switzerland and Jana’s place is right on the trail. The view from the front window was beautiful of the town and Valley below. Jana was very responsive, and friendly. It was the perfect place to rest our body, get cleaned up and cook a meal.

Lovely location! Had a wonderful time exploring Unterterzen and Flumserberg. Everything is local and accessible. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Cristina’s place for 4 nights with our two young kids ages 4 and 19 months. Her place was amazing! So beautiful and clean! The scenery was breathtaking. Cristina was a wonderful host and had great recommendations! She even went above and beyond and let our kids play in her outdoor water fountain and brought our kids legos to play with. She made us feel right at home! We loved playing outside and just looking at the beautiful mountains.

What a pleasure to have stayed at Nicole's lovely place! A big thank you to her for her welcome, availability and kindness. Communication with Nicole is very easy and friendly. The instructions for access to the accommodation were very clear. The description perfectly matches the apartment: it is very well located, on the lake, in a quiet and well-maintained Marina. Our whole family felt at home: the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, bright, with a special mention of the sauna in the bathroom! The location is privileged because you can enjoy the environment of the lake as well as that of the mountain, which is exceptional 😊 We hope to stay there again to enjoy the different seasons.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Great stay with beautiful views of the mountains. The house had all amenities needed to enjoy a mountain get away and plenty of space for the whole family (plenty of kitchen supplies and firewood). Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The house on the edge of the forest is beautiful. Inside it is great, with the sauna/bar room just great. The garden, with barbecue area and the canopy next to it invites you to grill in fine weather. You can go hiking right away and enjoy the nature! It was just perfect!
