Our ideally located, cozy 4-room apartment in Samnaun offers space for up to 6 people on over 70 m². The main floor is an apartment, dating from between 1450 and 1650, completely renovated in 2023, at the "Roseto del Drago" of Casa Cassan, a historic residence (ADSI), in the historic center of the village, in a charming architectural complex rich in history, bright, reserved, overlooking courtyards and garden, embellished by constant flowering of roses, hydrangeas and wisteria. A charming environment cared for by the family that has hosted and lived in it for 3 centuries.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
