Holiday rentals with beach access in Saltdean

A lovely stay, the perfect size for 2 people for a few nights stay in Hove, clean, had what you needed, good location and a friendly helpful host- would stay again, thank you

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

This is a great little spot in the centre of Brighton. Everything is walkable and it’s about a 30 second walk to the seafront and restaurants. It’s a really great spot and excellent value for money, the accommodation was clean and really spacious too! Check in was super easy, and the accommodation sits above a really great and atmospheric) bar (which I’d highly recommend!). Silvija our host was super responsive and really proactive too. We had a great stay. Would definitely stay again! Thank you! ☺️

Lovely clean place and very homely. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen - and the big gorgeous shower at the end of our 26 mile hike along the South Coast Path was an absolute godsend! Very friendly communication. We felt looked-after. Thank you so much.

We had a fabulous stay, only wished we had booked for longer, we didn’t want to leave. Jayne was warm , friendly and made us feel very welcome. The flat is very stylish, clean and comfortable, in a very peaceful leafy street. There were many thoughtful touches including a very much appreciated and delicious welcome hamper. The location and flat had everything we needed, exceeded expectations and we loved the vibrant independent shops, restaurants and bars.

Visited Brighton for 3 days with my partner and Jane's place was exactly what we needed. Clean and well equipped with all the amenities a couple of people would need to feel right at home. The local area is quiet and has plenty of shops/restaurants and cafes whilst still being close to the City. Jane was a perfect host and communicated very well from check in to check out. We could not recommend this place highly enough if you're looking to visit Brighton, the travel links are also great if you want to travel further out to explore the beautiful Sussex coast. Perfect!

Lovely, clean and well equipped house in perfect location in Brighton close to all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Joe was great and really appreciated the possibility to check in early to drop off our bags as we were traveling from all directions. Great stay and would recommend!

Petite maison richement decorée, située dans un quartier calme et relié au centre ville de Brighton par bus. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et une cuisine bien équipée. Hôtes tres sympathique et disponible pour toute question. Recommandé pour decouvrir le Sussex, entre les seven sisters et la tumultueuse Brighton.

Really close to the station, bars restaurants and supermarkets 1 min away, close enough to the sea front, walk in 10 mins, quiet in the evenings

Thanks so much David & Donna for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant for proximity to the beach which was perfect for the children. The games room, table football and board games made our time very enjoyable. We went out and about a lot enjoying lovely days out at Battle, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux castle plus also enjoyed lovely meals out. Our favourite restaurant was the Thai restaurant in Battle (wonderful and would highly recommend)! The house was also the best equipped of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in! Thx so much.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Fabulous location close to the train station, and minutes walk from the shops and sea front. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very homely, just what you need really. Everything was exactly as described and everything worked as it should. Alan was responsive and informative throughout the process, a marvellous host.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Greg’s Place in Brighton! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Brighton. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The flat was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. Greg clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment, and it showed in every detail. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, great local cafes, and the vibrant lanes of central Brighton. Whether I was out exploring or just relaxing at the flat, I felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the space was surprisingly quiet given its central location. Greg was a gracious and responsive host, offering helpful recommendations and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Brighton!

We had a great stay here! Such a good location for exploring Brighton. The flat is lovely and bright, spacious, with everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable and we loved sitting in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling windows. Thank you!

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! It is so close to the beach and hiking! The check in time was wonderful for getting off the train and being able to drop off our luggage. The town is very walkable and this spot is a great location. I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Jack's place! We were also grateful to be able to check in 3 hours early to drop off our luggage before heading out to explore. The space was clean, comfortable, and quite walkable. There was also a small Tesco grocery express just outside our door, which was convenient. Jack was a communicative and friendly. Would stay here again - thanks!

Vi var 3 par på tur til Brighton. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, ren og hyggelig. Vi hadde problemer med å få varme på radiatorene første døgnet, men verten holdt kontakten med oss hele tiden. Vi fikk instruksjoner for å forsøke og ordne det, og det ble raskt kontaktet servicemann som fikset problemet. Vi har hatt et flott opphold i Brighton med mange fine turer og opplevelser. Anbefaler både området og leiligheten til andre.
