This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Tanglewood is a magical place, especially for lovers of walking, wildlife and stunning views along the river Dart. Annie and Rob were friendly, hospitable and helpful. Everything had been considered for comfort and convenience and we would recommend a stay at this wonderful oasis they have created, to all our family and friends.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Richard & Zoe’s beautiful apartment, which is perfectly located for the delights of Totnes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the equipment and furniture is of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

The location of the house was perfect for us in the town centre. We walked everywhere and enjoyed access to local shops and restaurants including the town market, car boot and classic car meet-up. The house was exactly as described. Light and airy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Bed was super comfy. I would’ve enjoyed lighting the wood burner if the weather hadn’t been so nice. I stayed with my partner and our dog and we had an absolutely lovely time. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Sandie, Johnny and Flynn

Our first visit to Looe was made perfect by staying at Captain's Retreat. The apartment is beautifully presented and has the most spectacular views over the town and to the sea. We received a warm welcome from Martin and would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Looe, especially with the off road parking directly in front of the entrance. Enjoyed eating at the Sardine Factory and also the traditional pasties from Sarah's Pasties in Buller St. Thanks to Jay and Martin for a great break.

Loved this cosy house, in an absolutely spanking part of Salcombe. I've been coming here for best part of 35+ years and this location is second to none right in-between north and south sands (the brilliance of this cannot be underplayed). the ground floor is the perfect place for tweens to hang and the views from the garden are glorious even when the weather is bad! thank you too to Annie and her team for being perfect and responsive hosts - you were great! We'll be back ...

We had a cousin's wedding in Salcombe and it was the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the quiet area where Poachers Pocket is located, the view of the creek from the living room and the top bedroom is special and it was a perfect short attractive walk along the edge of the creek into Salcombe with all its vibrancy and fun. We met some friendly neighbours and some of us bravely took a dip there at high tide. We will always have some really good memories of our few days there.

We had a fabulous stay in this gorgeous old Victorian House overlooking Salcombe Harbour. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the beaches and cliff walks nearby and would definitely love to revisit.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Diana’s place whilst visiting some friends in Frogmore. The place is immaculate, fully equipped and beautifully furnished with really comfortable beds. Attention to details and cleanliness is beyond expectations. We also really liked the extras such as coffee, tea, biscuits, etc.; we would definitely go back. The location is peaceful amidst beautiful surroundings.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
