Holiday rentals with beach access in Salcombe

This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment, extremely clean, spacious with quality fittings. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The location of the apartment is amazing, sea views to front and views of the nature reserve to the back. The balcony with seating was a great addition which we used every night to watch the sunset. We've stayed at quite a few places in South Devon and this was certainly the best and made for an amazing holiday. Private parking was an added bonus. Hope to be back.

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here including the beautiful property, amazing views and lovely hospitality. Both Chris and Julie were so welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a few queries and Chris and Julie supported us to navigate these in a timely manner. The property itself is just like the photographs in particular the room in the attic is picturesque and has gorgeous views of the sea and surroundings. The gestures and amenities including leaving a welcome note and a gift of fudge for us, a birthday wish for my father, the greeting from Chris, the tea/coffee/milk, top quality fan, hoover and Alexa! Everything was superb and we are very happy with our stay. Thank you Chris and Julie for such a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing stay here, the property is lovely and in a perfect location The waterbed was a shock but actually pretty comfy and slept really well. Had an internet issue which Ali resolved even though she was in Spain, great host and would definitely recommend this property

Over a couple days in Cornwall, we really enjoyed our stay here at Kerrie’s spot by the beach! It had everything we needed to make our few days in Cornwall relaxing, cosy and easy - just as a holiday should be! Kerrie was great at communicating, gave some great local recommendations and kept a spotless, sweet air BnB which is perfect if you’re visiting for a couple days. The space is small and cosy, perfect for a little couples holiday and the kitchen and bathroom have everything we needed for the two of us. The spot was right on the beach, where we heard the waves every morning. I’d say the only thing is that as the air BnB is just above street level, it sometimes was a little disturbing in the night or morning if there were noisy passers by or dog walkers, but besides this, it was perfect! I really recommend Kerries spot if you’re looking for a warm Kingsand welcome in a lovely spot by the beach!

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

Our first visit to Looe was made perfect by staying at Captain's Retreat. The apartment is beautifully presented and has the most spectacular views over the town and to the sea. We received a warm welcome from Martin and would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Looe, especially with the off road parking directly in front of the entrance. Enjoyed eating at the Sardine Factory and also the traditional pasties from Sarah's Pasties in Buller St. Thanks to Jay and Martin for a great break.

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

My fiancé and I visited for 2 nights and found the accommodation brilliant, the host informative and friendly and the surrounding scenery is amazing. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Andrew and Wendy!

Tilly's is such a beautiful little place! Me and my boyfriend went for a little getaway for 4 nights and we were so impressed with Tilly's. Julie and Keith were great hosts and have done an amazing job with creating such a beautiful place. Julie was so attentive and helpful, easy check-in and out too. The private garden with a nice hot tub and fire place was lovely whilst watching the sunset. We will definitely be returning!

We (2 people & our Labrador) really enjoyed our short stay at The Annex. It is well equipped and in a great position for either walking or short drives to locations like Bigbury- on-Sea or Salcombe. Susie and John were both very friendly (as was Meg their resident dog!) and helpful. We would happily come back for another break - thanks!

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This really is a gem of a place. So stylish yet homely. It is off a fairly bisy road, but you didn’t notice that at all when inside. It’s a little oasis with a beautifully mature garden. We slept really well and would stay here again without any questions. Parking was super easy too.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. The view from the apartment was captivating, even when it was raining! We loved Looe and all its great places to eat and lovely beach to chill out on, everything was very easy to get too. The highlight was the coastal walk into Polperro which was very quaint and chock full of pasty shops. Highly recommend this place if you want a central location.
