Holiday rentals with a patio in Salcombe

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Cawsand! It was perfect for a family getaway clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location was ideal too right on the beach and the car park makes it really easy to unload. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful coastal break!

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

It is a very quiet location with great views of the coast and sea. A short hilly walk into Dawlish where the river runs through and the black swans swim. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. The location of the house was perfect for us in the town centre. We walked everywhere and enjoyed access to local shops and restaurants including the town market, car boot and classic car meet-up. The house was exactly as described. Light and airy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Bed was super comfy. I would’ve enjoyed lighting the wood burner if the weather hadn’t been so nice. I stayed with my partner and our dog and we had an absolutely lovely time. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Sandie, Johnny and Flynn

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

We had a fabulous stay in this gorgeous old Victorian House overlooking Salcombe Harbour. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the beaches and cliff walks nearby and would definitely love to revisit.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, spacious and had everything we needed. The whole house was immaculate. The cove is a short walk away, we also enjoyed the walk in to the harbour. Josh was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had and very helpful. This place is a true delight, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a short walk from the town center and the waterfront, which made it easy to enjoy everything Salcombe has to offer. The facilities were also very good – the place was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

This really is a gem of a place. So stylish yet homely. It is off a fairly bisy road, but you didn’t notice that at all when inside. It’s a little oasis with a beautifully mature garden. We slept really well and would stay here again without any questions. Parking was super easy too.
