House of 75M2 located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house is composed of 2 bedrooms with a 200X160 bed and a 190X140 bed ( sheets not provided) plus an extra bed 190x90 (suitable for a child but not for an adult) 20m terrace facing south. The accommodation has wi-fi access and a TV (Netflix access only). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Approximately 22 m2, it is completely independent, recently and fully renovated. Around 2 outdoor spaces (awning and south-facing courtyard) you will have a bathroom and a kitchen - living room - bedroom. The trundle bed (160x200) is made on arrival and towels are provided!

Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. 50 m² single-storey studio located 400 m from the beach and 350 m from shops, perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk to all amenities (markets, bakery, press, etc.). Rated 3* for two people, the studio can accommodate 4 people. It has a furnished terrace on the south side overlooking an enclosed garden. Possibility to enter one or two cars. A bike shelter is accessible.
