La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme , à quelques pas de l'océan. (500m) Elle est orientée sud , sud-ouest, avec une terrasse sans vis à vis, le jardin donne sur le vignoble. Le stationnement est gratuit et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité . Idéale pour 4 personnes, je propose toutefois d'accueillir 5 personnes , avec soit un couchage supplémentaire pour bébé ( lit parapluie) , soit un couchage supplémentaire dans le séjour . Le ménage de départ est inclus dans le prix .

Lovely little house between the forest and the beach

Bienvenue dans notre petite maison, idealement située entre mer et foret, dans le quartier des grenettes et profitez de vos vacances en famille ou entre amis. Détente au soleil sur la grande terrasse, la plage vous attends a 200 m, les pistes cyclables, ideales pour decouvrir l'ile a velo, a 300m. Pour les plus sportifs, parcours de footing nombreux, spot de surf a 300m, spots de kite, practice golf 6 km, equitation a 5 km. Parking privé , jardin sans vis a vis .

House on Île de Ré/Sainte-Marie

75 m2 house located 10 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 160 bed and a 190 x 140 bed (sheets not provided) plus an extra 190 x 90 bed (suitable for a child but not for an adult). 20 m terrace facing south. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access and a TV (access only to Netflix). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

You can park 2 cars in the yard. Bed linen and towels are provided for a week's booking. Full of charm with its thick walls, this house is perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends.

Peaceful setting, full of charm and space for a stress-free stay. Close to a supermarket Carrefour Contact and two local markets.

House of approximately 60 m2 of living space, comprising: An entrance, a living room with open kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet, a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 X 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 X 190). Outdoor terrace of approximately 38 m2. Sheets are not provided but it is possible to rent bath towel/sheet kits: €20/person for the duration of the stay. Or only sheets: €15/person for the duration of the stay.

Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.
