It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

In a small Provencal farmhouse, independent apartment opening facing south from the private terrace on the Menon Valley, its olive trees and apricot trees of the Drôme. Parking is provided in the property and hosts benefit from a large wooded garden, shaded outdoor dining area, pétanque court.
