Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

The cottage is located in the heart of the Baronnies Nature Park, in a village nestled in the hollow of a fantastic valley where lavender, apricots, olives and einkorn wheat are harvested. This valley is a small paradise surrounded by mountains, all offering a view of Mont Ventoux, for nature and sports lovers. The accommodation is adjoining our home. This large building dates back to 1880 and we have carefully renovated it over 5 years.
