Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this former small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Ideally located a 2-minute walk from local shops (grocery store, bakery, post office, restaurant). In June, July, August and September you can enjoy a shared (unheated) swimming pool.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The cottage is located in the heart of the Baronnies Nature Park, in a village nestled in the hollow of a fantastic valley where lavender, apricots, olives and einkorn wheat are harvested. This valley is a small paradise surrounded by mountains, all offering a view of Mont Ventoux, for nature and sports lovers. The accommodation is adjoining our home. This large building dates back to 1880 and we have carefully renovated it over 5 years.
