Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

Our stay was amazing! We were sorry not to have been informed that the pool was not available because it was one of the reasons we chose the house, but otherwise everything went very well. Always ready to help and facilitate everything necessary. Clean, very spacious space with a perfect garden for families with children. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Exceptional view overlooking the Sare valley, with breathtaking scenery in good weather. The cottage is large, authentic, and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. The proximity of the GR makes it possible to consider a hike to the Rhune, then to return to rest in peace. We recommend it!

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a great time with our three daughters. Julie is available, helpful and always smiling. The place is quiet, peaceful and you can find everything you need to feel at home as soon as you put your suitcases down. We will gladly recommend this address to our loved ones and we would gladly return.

Very pleasant accommodation for families and close to everything. Very pleasant communication and very flexible hosts, I recommend it!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few bars by the sea nearby. Centre easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity of the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

This is an amazing house with everything you need for a fantastic family weekend! There are so many small details that made us feel like at home.

Very nice and clean family villa. Accurate to listing photos. a peaceful place near the centre of Hossegor and Capbreton. The garden is great, well maintained, well planted. The pool heated to 29° is really a plus, we were able to enjoy it every day even when it was cloudy. Big plus for us the house is fully equipped for small children (we have a 2 and a half year old and a 3 month old baby): cot, baby bath, high chair, plastic dishes, baby pot, swing and trampoline. Thanks to Phil for his responsiveness during small everyday problems. In short, we loved the stay!
