Our group had an amazing stay at the Villa. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the pool area was so great to spend time in we barely left the house. Location is close to the water and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a great time with our three daughters. Julie is available, helpful and always smiling. The place is quiet, peaceful and you can find everything you need to feel at home as soon as you put your suitcases down. We will gladly recommend this address to our loved ones and we would gladly return.

We had a fantastic holiday at Karyn’s house, the house and garden were perfect for us, clean, modern and simple inside the. The air con was welcome for a few days as was the nice terrace for the rest. Great location for cycling to local towns and beaches, which are amazing surf locations. Karyn was the perfect host, extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. We had a few challenges with our car/bikes during our holiday and she was so supportive and caring with this which made it all so much easier for us. Would love to return and would highly recommend!! ⚠️ be careful you might come back!!⚠️ we would like to keep this place secret and just for us... but I'm nice and I share😉 this house is just perfect! it's very spacious the garden is very large the best trampoline! there you will find everything you need up to the slightest detail.. 👍 you are 15 minutes from the beaches 5 minutes from Leclerc and any other amenities.
