Située à 11km d'Hossegor,13km de Capbreton,20km de Bayonne,31km de l'aéroport de Biarritz,proche de Dax et idéale pour fêtes locales. Pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un parking interne sécurisé de 2 ou 3 places.Un petit appart mitoyen habité par nous deux et restons toujours très discrets pour ne pas nuire à nos locataires.

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

PLEASE NOTE: The capacity of the Villa is set at 6 ADULTS + 4 CHILDREN MAXIMUM. The Villa is located on a vast 15,000 m2 property, bordered by a stream on the edge of the forest. The 12 m x 4 m private pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is surrounded by a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioned, equipped and carefully decorated, the Villa offers modern and elegant comfort that will delight families or couples with children.

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal. Petit plus: vidéo projecteur xgimi + écran pour vos soirées ou journées pluvieuses!

You can stroll and swim by the ponds, at Lake Hossegor, or enjoy the beaches of Capbreton, its original port and the spectacle of surfers. Don't miss the visit to Bayonne, Dax, the Basque Country or Spain thanks to the small train from Hendaye.
