The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
