Very well located, ideal for walks and bikes (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wifi... It has a bedroom with a bed (140) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace of 14m² with sun loungers.

There is a mini fridge to keep food cool. Wifi is available as well as a TV.
