At the entrance to Saint-Trojan, this house on its enclosed 1300 m² plot frequented by birds overlooks the oyster beds and the state forest. It is ideally located: bike path 50 meters in the forest towards the center of Saint-Trojan and Grand Village, shops, the port and beaches famous for surfing are within walking distance (20 min) or by bike (10 min).
