Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

I had a great stay and the location was fantastic. I had everything i needed and communication was perfect. I would recommend highly.

Siamo stati a Nizza per un weekend con amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abitazione spaziosa, accogliente, bello spiazzo esterno dove abbiamo fatto il barbecue. Colette molto simpatica, ospitale e disponibile. Consigliato.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Dominique est une hôte attentionné. La location et son petit jardin, très agréable, est situé dans un endroit calme et proche du centre de Nice. Si je reviens à Nice je retournerai sans hésiter chez Dominique.

Walters Home ist eine wunderbare Oase für alle die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist alles da um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Besonders haben uns die großzügige Terrasse, der Wintergarten mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne gefallen! Da der beschriebene Zugang den Hang hinunter über Stock und Stein geht sind Reisetaschen definitiv die richtige Wahl und nichts für eingeschränkt mobile Gäste. Lieber Walter, auch auf diesem Weg nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft, auch die schnelle und nette Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!

Julien was a very kind and attentive host, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. The farmhouse was even more enchanting than in the photos — the garden was filled with a variety of flowers and plants that gave off the most delightful fragrance. Having breakfast surrounded by birdsong was absolutely magical. We truly didn’t want to leave this peaceful haven. I could honestly return to the South of France just to stay in this beautiful home again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Patricia sehr genossen. Bei Fragen war sie immer erreichbar. Obwohl sie und ihr Mann mit dem Haus wohnen haben wir sie kaum bemerkt und hatten sehr viel Privatsphäre. Das Airbnb reicht für 4 Personen völlig aus und der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Betten könnten größer sein und die Lage ist zwar ruhig aber in die Stadt braucht man schon 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt.

Overall, a really great stay - everything was as described and modern. Francoise was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had and gave us reccomendations for luggage storage and taxis. It is worth noting that there is an extremely grumpy man that lives below the apartment, he banged on the door and the ceiling multiple times, when we were just walking around the apartment as quiet as we could be. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house! Florence, was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. For those coming with small children, the house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a baby. If you’re arriving by car, there’s also free parking available. The location is perfect—very close to the tram, supermarket, and more. There’s a beautiful park right across from the house. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Nice, don’t hesitate to book this one!

absolutely lovely place stay.. the appartement is great, clean and the terrace is superb. there is all you need and it's a lovely area and there is good connections to go everywhere in Nice. also Leslie is super nice and helpful. can absolutely recommend this place.

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s accommodation. The check in process went smoothly. The accommodation looked exactly as the photos listed. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom is updated, the washer in unit was great, parking onsite is a great perk as well. The location is also a plus and walkable to the heart of Nice. Super séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 1 minute du tram (10 minutes du centre-ville en transport, ou 25 minutes à pied, ce que nous avons souvent fait). Le logement est très propre, bien équipé, parfaitement climatisé et confortable pour 2/3 personnes (lit et canapé-lit très agréables). Marius a été un hôte très sympathique, disponible et réactif à chacun de nos messages. Je recommande sans hésiter et y retournerai avec plaisir !

I had a very pleasant stay. Easy parking in the garage. Nice view at the city and sea. Apartment was clean and everything you need. Jean-Yves is a nice and friendly person. I would recommend a stay there. But keep in mind it is more easy to have a car with you. Thank you for everything Jean-Yves.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce studio proposé par Guillaume. Le studio est très bien arrangé et bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme et facile d’accès par le bus en bas de l’immeuble ou le tram à 10 min à pied. Il y a également un magasin à 5 minutes pour faire ses courses. Guillaume était disponible pour nos questions et nous a donné des recommandations. Le seul petit bémol du studio est l’isolation sonore, mais l’immeuble étant relativement calme nous n’avons pas trop été impacté. Si vous revenons sur Nice nous n’hésiterons pas à reprendre ce logement !

和朋友2人在尼斯度过了4天。公寓距离火车站很近，火车站不远处也有电车车站，这使我们在尼斯的每日出行都很便利。我们也徒步到过海边，大概需要走15分钟。公寓和描述一致，干净简洁。楼里有电梯，方便我们搬运行李。我们入住的几天正好天气比较炎热，电扇、空调缓解了高温。我们也使用了洗衣机。对于3-4天的行程来说，这是性价比很高的房源。房东Florin及时地回复我的消息，给我提供了实用的信息，全程沟通顺畅。

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

Super hôte très réactif . Appartement impeccable absolument rien à dire, comme sur les photos. Logement extrêmement propre ! Très belle immeuble bien fréquenté. Je vous le recommande.

尼斯非常推薦的住宿！位置在火車站走路12分鐘，如果是去南法周邊的景點的話都很方便，有交通卡的話樓下就是公車站也有家樂福超市。 房源乾淨，稍微小一些但兩人很夠用，有一台洗衣機（沒有烘衣功能）廚房應有盡有，沙發床比想像的舒服一覺好眠，房源雖然在五樓但有電梯不擔心，是個值得推薦的房源！

내 집처럼 편안한 숙소였습니다! 버스 정거장에서 집까지 걸어가는 길이 다소 오르막이긴 했지만 하루에 한두번 외출하는 정도에는 금방 익숙해졌습니다. 집은 사진처럼 넓고 쾌적하며 화장실도 넓고 좋았습니다! 테라스에서 보이는 뷰는 너무 멋집니다.

if you like a view (and I do) this apartment is just fantastic. Apartment itself was lovely and owners just so helpful and responsive to any questions. I would return in a heartbeat. If you have any mobility issues you must take note of the steps, both to get to the building and that it is 3rd floor. if not then they are great for exercise.😊

Book without hesitation! This place is great. A wonderful location walkable to every part of the city. The appartment is clean and spacious. Pierre is super nice and greeted us. He is not an absent host, but you can tell put a lot of thought into little touches around the apartment. He had some drinks and candy for us as well as all the amenities you need. We would book again!
