Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

Really unique and beautiful place and location. It looked exactly like the photos and the view was incredible. It was perfect for a quiet stay outside the city center, while still being nearby and very well connected. Nathalie and Lionel were kind and quick to reply every time we asked them something during our stay.

I had a great stay and the location was fantastic. I had everything i needed and communication was perfect. I would recommend highly.

We stayed in Nice for a weekend with friends and had a great time. Spacious, cozy, nice outdoor space where we had a barbecue. Colette is very nice, hospitable and available. Recommended.

Dominique is a thoughtful host. The rental and its small garden, very pleasant, is located in a quiet place and close to the center of Nice. If I come back to Nice, I will return without hesitation to Dominique's.

Walters Home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, everything is there to feel comfortable immediately. We especially liked the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way again a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Gladly again!

Julien was a very kind and attentive host, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. The farmhouse was even more enchanting than in the photos — the garden was filled with a variety of flowers and plants that gave off the most delightful fragrance. Having breakfast surrounded by birdsong was absolutely magical. We truly didn’t want to leave this peaceful haven. I could honestly return to the South of France just to stay in this beautiful home again!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s home. She and Claude were the perfect hosts! The views from the balcony were breathtaking. They were so kind and very responsive . Loved my stay here . I will be back !

Overall, a really great stay - everything was as described and modern. Francoise was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had and gave us reccomendations for luggage storage and taxis. It is worth noting that there is an extremely grumpy man that lives below the apartment, he banged on the door and the ceiling multiple times, when we were just walking around the apartment as quiet as we could be. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house! Florence, was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. For those coming with small children, the house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a baby. If you’re arriving by car, there’s also free parking available. The location is perfect—very close to the tram, supermarket, and more. There’s a beautiful park right across from the house. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Nice, don’t hesitate to book this one!

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s accommodation. The check in process went smoothly. The accommodation looked exactly as the photos listed. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom is updated, the washer in unit was great, parking onsite is a great perk as well. The location is also a plus and walkable to the heart of Nice. Mauris is a very friendly and helpful host. he was very kind to let us check in at 2 am. The apartment is very close to public transport and supermarkets. A cosy stay for a small family.

I had a very pleasant stay. Easy parking in the garage. Nice view at the city and sea. Apartment was clean and everything you need. Jean-Yves is a nice and friendly person. I would recommend a stay there. But keep in mind it is more easy to have a car with you. Thank you for everything Jean-Yves.

We had a great week in this studio offered by Guillaume. The studio is very well arranged and well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access by bus at the bottom of the building or tram 10 min walk. There is also a store 5 minutes away for shopping. Guillaume was available for our questions and gave us recommendations. The only small downside of the studio is the sound insulation, but the building being relatively quiet we were not too impacted. If we come back to Nice we will not hesitate to stay at this accommodation again!

Wonderful apartment near the train station

Claire's place is an absolute gem. We stayed for 10 days and are so glad we picked this place just outside the heart of Nice, as it was much more quiet and peaceful than being in the center. The apartment is literally steps away from the tram which was the most convenient thing ever! There is a mini grocery store right across the street and a great boulangerie across the street on the next block up. The terrace view is incredible and gives you unobstructed views of the town/hills in the distance. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to whip up a quick dinner and enjoy some drinks on the terrace too! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple. The only thing I would warn about is that the hot water runs out sooner than you may think, so try not to take showers consecutively if you can help it! It was not an issue after the first day. I would stay here again and recommend this listing to anyone who is looking to stay in Nice as a homebase for exploring the south of France!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Florin was an amazing host, so friendly and polite. Gave us really clear instructions and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. Only a short walk to the main town and so much to do!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

It is located next to the Saint Giles Pilgrimage Cathedral, the second pilgrimage site of Santiago, starting in Arles. It is a good place where the villagers greet each other and actively help with difficulties. The priest at the church was also a nice person. I recommend it.

It was your home away from home! The walk from the bus stop to the house was a bit uphill, but I quickly got used to going out once or twice a day. The house was as spacious and pleasant as the photos, and the bathroom was spacious and nice! The view from the terrace is so cool.

Book without hesitation! This place is great. A wonderful location walkable to every part of the city. The appartment is clean and spacious. Pierre is super nice and greeted us. He is not an absent host, but you can tell put a lot of thought into little touches around the apartment. He had some drinks and candy for us as well as all the amenities you need. We would book again!
