Really unique and beautiful place and location. It looked exactly like the photos and the view was incredible. It was perfect for a quiet stay outside the city center, while still being nearby and very well connected. Nathalie and Lionel were kind and quick to reply every time we asked them something during our stay.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Great location on the beach front, easy walking distance to shops, a few cafes, beach club and tram line to get into old town. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom is at the front of the house which is on a main road so it’s quite noisy through out the night but that is to be expected with the houses location

Dominique is a thoughtful host. The rental and its small garden, very pleasant, is located in a quiet place and close to the center of Nice. If I come back to Nice, I will return without hesitation to Dominique's.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Great location close to station. Short walk to the beach and tram. Great to catch train nearby towns. Enjoyed looking over the rooftops from the balcony.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

I loved this place, it was peaceful and had amazing views. You could see the different boats/yachts and planes passing through and spectacular sunsets from the spacious balcony. It was difficult to get up in the mornings or leave the apartment with how comfortable and beautiful the views were. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Benoit and my contact for the airbnb, Johan, were very responsive, helpful and kind, I felt right at home. This is one of the best areas to stay at in Nice, and I highly recommend it.

Dominique is really very friendly, accommodating and responsive. She simplified my arrival in Nice, and therefore contributed to the success of my stay. Her place, properly arranged, is very well located, in the north of Nice, close to the main tram line (L1 – 5 minutes walk), supermarkets and other amenities (cafes, restaurants, etc.), while being quiet. We had a wonderful stay. The views from the large patio doors and balconies overlooking the ocean and the Promenade were spectacular. The unit itself was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was central with great walkability. It was truly fantastic. The host was very communicative. We would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

The host was very easy to communicate with and provided clear check-in instructions. The house is modern, clean, and well-equipped. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the airport, with a taxi costing around €15. Alternatively, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the nearby tram stop, which takes you directly to the airport. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight！

Pitch-perfect experience! The place is cute, tidy, and excellently located. Exactly as in pictures and description. Our communication was with Görkem, who was impeccable throughout. Great communication and a very nice person. Was there to greet us and maintained communication throughout to make sure everything went smoothly. A month before our travel, I had requested an early check-in, and I planned to write as the date approached to see if it was possible. No need - Görkem had kept it in mind and promptly contacted me to confirm that it was. This is the level of attention to detail you will get by booking with them.
