Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

Really unique and beautiful place and location. It looked exactly like the photos and the view was incredible. It was perfect for a quiet stay outside the city center, while still being nearby and very well connected. Nathalie and Lionel were kind and quick to reply every time we asked them something during our stay.

We stayed in Nice for a weekend with friends and had a great time. Spacious, cozy, nice outdoor space where we had a barbecue. Colette is very nice, hospitable and available. Recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Dominique is a thoughtful host. The rental and its small garden, very pleasant, is located in a quiet place and close to the center of Nice. If I come back to Nice, I will return without hesitation to Dominique's.

Walters Home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, everything is there to feel comfortable immediately. We especially liked the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way again a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Gladly again!

Very good accommodation close to the highway and the tram to visit Nice and surroundings. Apartment close to a dog park it was perfect. Responsive host for the entrance to the property as well as for parking spaces. We recommend it!

This place is a quiet oasis on a hill just above the city of Nice. The rooms are nicely furnished with loving attention to the details. The garden/park is huge and our kids loved the possibility to run around, sit on the swing, play boule, etc. The access road is a little narrow but the view and the location are worth it! Estelle was always approachable and has provided a list of helpful information / recommendations. Check-in / check-out was super easy. We highly recommend this place!

We loved the house! Florence, was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. For those coming with small children, the house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a baby. If you’re arriving by car, there’s also free parking available. The location is perfect—very close to the tram, supermarket, and more. There’s a beautiful park right across from the house. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Nice, don’t hesitate to book this one!

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s accommodation. The check in process went smoothly. The accommodation looked exactly as the photos listed. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom is updated, the washer in unit was great, parking onsite is a great perk as well. The location is also a plus and walkable to the heart of Nice. Mauris is a very friendly and helpful host. he was very kind to let us check in at 2 am. The apartment is very close to public transport and supermarkets. A cosy stay for a small family.

I had a very pleasant stay. Easy parking in the garage. Nice view at the city and sea. Apartment was clean and everything you need. Jean-Yves is a nice and friendly person. I would recommend a stay there. But keep in mind it is more easy to have a car with you. Thank you for everything Jean-Yves.

Well-located, pleasant apartment with lots of light, matches the description. Two balconies, air-conditioning for summer. Comfortable beds! Oil and salt in the spice drawer, and a couple of Nespresso capsules. Plan ahead and bring your groceries if you plan to cook, as the kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and cookware.

Florin was an amazing host, so friendly and polite. Gave us really clear instructions and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. Only a short walk to the main town and so much to do!

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

It is located next to the Saint Giles Pilgrimage Cathedral, the second pilgrimage site of Santiago, starting in Arles. It is a good place where the villagers greet each other and actively help with difficulties. The priest at the church was also a nice person. I recommend it.

Nis highly recommended accommodation!The location is a 12-minute walk from the train station, and it is convenient to go to the attractions around Namfa. If you have a transportation card, there is a bus stop downstairs and a Carrefour supermarket. The house is clean, a little small but enough for two people, there is a washing machine (no drying function) and the kitchen has everything. The sofa bed is more comfortable than I thought, and the house is on the fifth floor but there is an elevator, so I'm not worried. It is a recommended house!

We recently spent 4 nights at Celine and Charlie airbnb in Nice . This is one of the best places we have stayed . LOCATION IS FANTASTIC . Fully stocked . Easy to get everywhere . Charlie met us at the condo even though we were late , very accommodating . He gave fantastic recommendations for first timers to Nice . Bocca restaurant is A MUST . Old Nice was such a pleasurable experience . Charlie was easy to communicate with and very responsive - he even checked in to see how things were going

It was your home away from home! The walk from the bus stop to the house was a bit uphill, but I quickly got used to going out once or twice a day. The house was as spacious and pleasant as the photos, and the bathroom was spacious and nice! The view from the terrace is so cool.

if you like a view (and I do) this apartment is just fantastic. Apartment itself was lovely and owners just so helpful and responsive to any questions. I would return in a heartbeat. If you have any mobility issues you must take note of the steps, both to get to the building and that it is 3rd floor. if not then they are great for exercise.😊
