Very pleasant stay in this apartment on the ground floor. Well equipped even if a larger pot and bowl would be a plus but that's just what we missed. Supermarket 1 min and city center 5 min walk, a big advantage

Rented with friends for a wedding near Étampes, Andrei's place is clean, functional and fit our needs.

We had a pleasant stay. Hélène welcomed us with kindness and good humor. Quiet, sweet life and good taste, would be reflected on our weekend. The apartment is very nicely decorated , and the walk-in shower with its rain effect was a very pleasant plus. The village of Samoi just next door is a walk to do with small gems like its cafe bookstore. The forest on one side, the Seine on the other, we were able to take very nice walks with the children. We'll be happy to go back.

This was our first trip to Fontainebleau and staying at this apartment, made our trip. The location could not have been better to the restaurants, the market and the château. It was easy to find parking for free and the apartment was well outfitted and very private. We felt very safe and comfortable. When required, Mathew responded to any issues we had very quickly and helped us solve a few problems with ease. We travelled into Paris on many days and the trip was quick and easy by train. Overall, one of the best rentals we have had.

A week at Julien's: great! The location of the house, its layout and its piece of garden are perfect. Julien is a very welcoming host, full of attention. We enjoyed Barbizon and the forest (mountain biking and climbing were on the agenda). To be done again.

For a bouldering trip to Bleau, there is no better option! The closest sector is just a 5-minute walk.

We only had one night there but it was great. We were able to have a great time with friends, we were all happy with the stay. It's spacious, tidy and the services offered were well available during our stay. Jerome is super available via messages and very welcoming.

Excellent stay at Christine and Gildas's with our 2 young children. Ideal for this long weekend outside Paris to enjoy the surrounding calm, the garden and the many possibilities that the Fontainebleau region offers. We obviously couldn't do everything and we'll be happy to come back to this home. The equipment is complete and I thank our hosts for having so well prepared our last minute arrival, a real pleasure!

We had a pleasant stay at Mickaël's: coming to see my grandchildren and have fun with my daughters. Mickaël was always very responsive to all our requests , very accommodating for check-in and checkout times, attentive. Spacious accommodation with all amenities, we did not pay attention when booking , is not suitable for toddlers, with the stairs to the bedrooms downstairs and no enclosed courtyard. Otherwise accommodation that I recommend; with ample parking monitor with camera in front of the house.

Very pleasant stay in a small comfortable house, in a garden that looks more like a small forest ... exactly what we were looking for! a little close to the road but nothing very inconvenient, you still feel isolated, while being very close to Milly la forêt. I'll definitely be back!

We spent 2 nights in this very nice and very well located little accommodation for visiting Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Moret-sur-Loing... The exchanges with Samantha were via messages and went very well. We were self-sufficient in our arrival and departure, which suited us perfectly. We recommend this property.

The secluded location is extremely nice to be in and is close by to a train station and nearby towns. The house is spacious and well equipped. We had a great time here.
