The house is very cozy and in a very good location due to immediate proximity to the forest. Hiking, bouldering and nature are minutes away. Communication with the hosts was very friendly, quick and straightforward. Glad to come back!

We felt very comfortable. Everything you needed was available and Sana was always available if you needed anything else. We will be happy to come back.

It felt like home………but better than at home! Elodie and Alexandre are available hosts, before, during, and after the stay. We felt extremely good throughout the stay, and the property offered us the calm and tranquility we were looking for. We filled each room in the house (8 adults, 2 children and 2 babies), and yet the impression of space was totally present in the common rooms. Board games, children's equipment, over-equipped kitchen, nickel bathroom,... And the decor… beautiful! In short, a gem!!

Perfect house for a large group, beautifully located, enough space, almost every room has its own bathroom. Close to the bouldering areas, parking for several cars. Lionel was always available, helpful, relaxed, friendly and very flexible.

Perle's place is very pleasant, coquettish, very clean, and well-equipped. The garden with sunbeds, outdoor table and barbecue allows you to have meals alfresco and rest after the busy days that the area offers (hiking, climbing, etc.). We mostly enjoyed the forest and did not visit so much but there are many interesting sites in the area (Chateau de Fontainebleau, etc.) and very good restaurants.

Sebastien was the most wonderful host. He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here - it’s even nicer than the photos. The swimming pool was just the right temperature, the BBQ was great and there was everything you need for a nice relaxing break

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! I booked this house for my friend's EVJF, and it went great! The hosts were extremely available and responsive to help me with my preparatory questions in advance. Then, on site, we had all the comforts and cleanliness to be able to enjoy the weekend! You can book this gem without a second thought!!

We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

We had a lovely weekend with friends, in this beautiful house. All the amenities are quality and add a real plus to this place. The rooms are cozy. The exteriors are very nice and peaceful. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice cottage in which you feel at home. The pool and the fenced grounds are real assets.Ludivine is responsive when asked, taking care to welcome us. Finally, the board games made available by the fireplace made our stay perfect despite the dreary weather

Feel free to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or anything else. The house and its facilities gave us a real haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before relaxing in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire location which for me was a real favorite! Anyway, go for it!

No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

We had a great time at this house. The place is well located with nice forest walks nearby, and the international school is not far away. The host was always very responsive to our questions and available when we needed. We recommend this rental to those looking for a nice and well-located place. Thanks for a great experience.

Fantastic place on the outskirts of Milly with everything in walking distance

We stayed for two weeks for climbing. My partner, me and our toddler. The house was perfect for our needs with space to run around for the little one. Location is great for access to Trois Pignons. We'd definitely stay again

Brigitte's house enjoys an idyllic location in the middle of fields and groves, with a postcard view of the village steeple and the surrounding countryside. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an almost 360 degree view of nature, as well as the terraces around the house. The garden - spacious and equipped with a small swing - is perfect for children. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all within a 5-15 minute drive. There are multiple activities in the surroundings and opportunities for walking from the house. The only downside might be the cramped rooms for a family of 4 - it's quite liveable but at the price of the night you could hope for a little bigger. This is what justifies my moderate rating on value for money while my other ratings are excellent.
