You will be charmed by this villa, ideal for spending your holidays with family or friends. Capacity of 12 people, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Bias is nestled in the heart of the Landes forest. Close to the villa: a convenience store, a pizzeria, two restaurants, a gym, a gas station, a tennis court, a bowling alley, a sports complex and a pump track. At your disposal: plancha, pool table, ping pong table, sunbathing, large screen TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning...

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
