Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Julien-en-Born

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to all our requests. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday, for which we thank him immensely! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is 2 minutes' walk around the dunes with the children. We will surely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thanks again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

Really ideal for partying with family and children. Even though the weather wasn't with us, we took advantage of it. In addition, the house is decorated with a multitude of heathered objects, really nice! Wild beaches are reached by foot!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travellers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

Secluded, wild, green, perfect for relaxing and resting. Typical house, immersed in nature thanks to its large bay windows. Warm and family atmosphere. Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Great family experience!

Unique host, as we say 1 in 1,000,000! There was no problem with an unusual check-in, the listing was as described. Very good location, close to the beach, but also a good place for bike trips or to the center. The unit was fine for us. Very good value. Recommended!

The mattress is a little too thin and hard, it's the only small negative point, after that everything else was perfect.

It is a great house to enjoy Hossegor beach! We went as a family with two girls and a baby, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended if you want to spend a few quiet days on the beach.

We had a great stay in Hossegor. The location was very central and we could walk to the beach and the promenade. We had plenty of space and it was super equipped with terrace and outdoor shower, dishwasher, washing machine. The apartment was super cozy. Above all, the living room with the large glass sliding door was my highlight.

Listing is as described. Cleanliness and comfort at the rendezvous. Great for a stay for families or friends. Direct access to the beach, easy and free parking, close to restaurants Gigio, Mouette, Coeur Joie etc, and super convenient city centre. Communication with the concierge service was great, Florence was available and responsive. I recommend it 1000%!

A very pleasant accommodation, in the shade of the cork oaks. ideal accommodation for 4 couples with 4 large beds. Extras: - the 7 bikes left available ;): barely 10 minutes to reach the beach via the bike path 50 m from the house. - the bakery 50 m away

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

A gem by the ocean… Beautiful cozy house with your feet in the sand, with a delicious fish restaurant right next door. We had all our privacy. There is a bus that serves the house from Bayonne train station, which is very convenient and the TER train station is a 20-minute walk. Nicolas was great with us. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

I rent houses on a regular basis. Lynn and Kristoff house is on of the best rental I have experienced in terms of location, quality of house and friendliness of the owners. We were 8 adults renting the house for 5 days and we were all unanimous about this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. This house will exceed anybody’s expectations. Congratulations!! 👏👏

We had a very pleasant weekend with our whole family. Mael is very responsive and very accommodating. The house was just perfect, very nicely decorated, very practical and very welcoming. Everything is well thought out to have a nice time. We were able to enjoy the pool, the bakery next door is very convenient!

What a lovely and nicely decorated house (quite exceptional in France...) in a beautiful place at the end of a dead end street, in the middle of the forest. It was actually wonderful to just be around the house, enjoy the tranquility, the pool. Beach and more can be reached inside, supermarket same (in Leon).
