Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.
