Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

Le Chalet: Nice holiday studio (16m2), with a capacity of 2pers, well located, without vis-à-vis, a pleasant terrace, 300 m from the beaches and (500 m from amenities while being quiet). The accommodation has a bed: a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with toilet There is Wi-Fi, a place to park in front and somewhere to lock your bikes. Put your bags and car down and do everything on foot or by bike. You will not be disappointed, you will have a pleasant stay.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance without neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice to have an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available at an extra cost (50 euro unlimited per night of booking, from your arrival until your departure the next day. Unique 10 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, hut perched on stilts, made by the owner. Built with respect for nature, you will be seduced by its terrace of 25m2 in which an oak seems to emerge from nowhere and offers its foliage as a roof. The Cabin is built on the family property located just outside Capbreton, where we welcome our family every summer in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will not be isolated but completely independent.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.
