The place is really great! we had a great time ☺️

Everything was perfect, as described and photographed. Clean accommodation and all the necessary amenities ( linen, towels, coffee etc... ) the trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we took advantage of the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Very good stays, friendly and available host. The setting was beautiful, everything was there to disconnect.

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

I had a great time at this apartment in the middle of the mountains. A warm atmosphere and attention to detail. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped , offering all the comforts after a day of hiking or skiing. board games and card The view from the balcony offers us a magnificent panorama of the snowy peaks or valleys The location is perfect, close to the slopes and hiking trails, while being in a peaceful and relaxing setting at 1500m The hosts are extremely welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located and relaxing place.

Lesley was very nice. The house and the surroundings are wonderful. There's only peace and quiet. House spacious, clean, with lots of light... you can feel the love put by Lesley. Our two dogs had a great time and were able to meet the other pets in the house. Thank you so much

We stayed at Fred's place during a weekend hiking with our dog 🐶 The accommodation was very clean, the bedding very comfortable, we highly recommend this place! Small bonus, for its location, close to lots of walks. ☺️ Although we couldn't see Fred when we arrived, the phone contact was very friendly and the instructions were very accurate! Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

Great stay at dom's, lake aj end of the garden, too short a stay in this superb environment! Our canoeing experience with the kids was great Dominica always available to ensure our comfort, even at the daylight time of our arrival We recommend it!!! Stay 4 days with two children aged 6 and 12, in May.

We lived in this temporary listing for a month and a half while waiting to find a fixed place. The setting is idyllic and matched our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A refreshing, relaxing place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. We had a dreamy week at this cottage. The scenery is simply breathtaking, ideal for recharging and enjoying nature. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. Fabienne is adorable, always available and very welcoming. We had a great time with the family at this vacation rental. The place is cozy, quiet and relaxing. We arrived in November so the activities offered in the area were rarer, which is normal but not what we were looking for. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks with the autumn colors and the tranquility of the area. We were hosted very well and our host was always available to advise us and make sure our stay went smoothly. The visit to the farm and its quirky animals was a treat for the kids. We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all basic necessities (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for the cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

Chalet in a peaceful environment 30mfrom the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit pies. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
