Small apartment matches the photos and description. Convenient and well-equipped apartment (oven, microwave, washing machine, raclette machine...). Ideal location, just a few meters from one of the slopes of the estate and a chairlift. I would highly recommend this listing.

Despite a rather late booking, we were able to stay three nights in this beautiful apartment, small but very functional. Perfect for two people. The location is great, we visited the city on foot without worries, and the building is amazing. Free parking nearby is a real plus. Thomas was very kind by message, his instructions were very clear which made our arrival very pleasant. Thank you again!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

Beautiful environment, convenient transportation, 50 meters from the house is Carrefour, life is very convenient, the room is fully equipped, pots and pans are all available, the whole house is very clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, homely, there is also a large terrace, the host is a very good person. Claire's apartment is at the foot of the slopes in Creve Coeur, the Pierrafort gondola is 1 min walk away, for the return even we found a little ski path to the front door of the building! We did everything nearby during our stay, from ski rentals to Sherpa races, all 1 min walk from the apartment. In addition, the apartment is cozy and very well decorated which is a plus ... I would highly recommend it!

The apartment is in an excellent location, with the ski locker on the same floor and then a very very short distance to the slope. Oliver was very responsive before and during the stay. I would recommend the underground parking. The apartment WiFi is for single user, however (weaker) local area WiFi also available. Great shower with hot water at all times, and the heated towel rail was a bonus. As others have reported, the views from the balcony are beautiful.

Lovely weekend. The accommodation is very well furnished and there is nothing missing in the kitchen as in the bathroom. The terrace is great for seeing the sunset over the mountain. The jacuzzi on the way back from our hike.... great! Maud is available and has provided us with all the necessary information. I would highly recommend it!

The apartment is not only spacious and comfortable, but it is also perfectly located to enjoy the lake. The view from the accommodation is simply magnificent. Plus, the hot tub was a real delight after a day of hiking. Dominique and Albert were very welcoming and available, informing us about local places.
