We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Cottage with heated pool & play areas

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Spacious house with mountain views

A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams date back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

Rated a 4-star tourist accommodation in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and features a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a Jacuzzi area, and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-style-inspired interior decor brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

The Repérage déco cottage is a peaceful and family-friendly place that will appeal to decor lovers. On the ground floor of a building built in 1870, the cottage is conveniently located to enjoy the lakes and the Bauges Mountain Range. Between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, the cottage offers unobstructed views of the Revard and the Dent du Chat. Independent 33 m2 cottage comprising 1 kitchen open to the living room, 1 bedroom with bathroom, 1 toilet.

Le Flocon de Cristal is located in the heart of Combloux, ideally situated less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Megève, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Departure from the slopes of Megève (Princesse) or Combloux (La Cry) only 5 minutes by car. Free shuttle at 150 meters walking distance. Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
