We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Spacious house with mountain views

A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams date back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Interior décor inspired by the Japanese style brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Savoyard chalet: "Le Sapinet"

Charming little Savoyard mazot. Ideal for 3 people, summer for nature lovers. Quiet and simple holidays in this unusual accommodation with authentic charm, with a view of the Belledonne range (Clochers des Pères – Pic du Frêne) near our house on the heights of the municipality of Saint-Martin-sur-la-Chambre at the crossroads of the municipalities of Montaimont and Saint-François-Longchamp, very quiet area. This cottage is located in a private forest.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be enchanted by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. If you would like to stay for several nights, please do not hesitate to ask for information.
