It is located 4 km from Annecy's Old Town (via a cycle path), at the end of a cul-de-sac, right by the lake (with a private jetty), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!
