We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's cottage. Everything is as advertised and no unpleasant surprises. Communication is perfect, this is our second stay and we will be back as the cottages are so pleasant and welcoming, and the area is so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing;

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Saint-Malo. The accommodation is pretty, well arranged and functional, perfect for our visit to the city to visit our family. Everything was clean and consistent with the announcement. Even though we didn't have time to visit Saint-Malo as it should be, the neighborhood seemed nice to us. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Excellent stay for 4 adults in this very nice apartment very clean, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Ideal location because very close to the city center on foot. We stayed on weekdays so we didn't get to meet Laurent but the message communication went very well because Laurent is very responsive and we retain this address for next time with great pleasure.

Just as described in the post - breathtaking views of the ocean from all the windows and the gorgeous balcony was a nice plus! We didn't really cook because there were many restaurants nearby..but the kitchen looked well equipped

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

In the shopping district of St Servan, with all shops within walking distance. Very convenient private and secure parking space. Rozenn is a friendly, caring, attentive and available host. Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. top accommodation in a beautiful environment. Close to walking trails. View of the exceptional accommodation from the various places on the terrace which is very large. The area is beautiful with many hikes or other things to do (St Malo by sea shuttle for example). Clément is very available and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.

We were welcomed by Samuel and Katia with a smile. Very well arranged and tastefully decorated accommodation! It is close to the center and the port for a visit. Private parking is a real plus. Only small downside for those who sleep in the living room, it can be a little noisy with the road.
