This house will be the most pleasant for your family stays, 300 m from the beach of Saint Germain sur Ay (3 min on foot walking quietly with a towel on your shoulder😂) and by bike you will surely take 30 seconds😊! Live with us as you will live at home, with respect and joy!

"Between Dunes and Marshes"

Charming detached stone house, 50 m from the beach. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Each room is equipped with a radiator (except the ground floor toilet). Fireplace (insert) Friendly outdoor area with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Private courtyard of about 500 m2 You are in the heart of the landing beaches and all the memorial sites (7 km Ste Mère Eglise, 5 km Utah Beach Museum...)

Gîte Ludoni

This peaceful accommodation 350 meters from the beach offers a relaxing stay. Small house of 56 m2 comprising a living room with equipped kitchen, seating area on the 1st floor, bedroom with 180 x 200 bed and a bathroom including shower, sink and toilet. This accommodation has a closed garden to enjoy the outdoors (table, barbecue, deckchairs). Nearby: restaurants, gas stations, supermarket. A few kilometers away La Haye du Puits, Barneville Carteret.

Cottage on the edge of the harbor

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

You can take walks, bike rides, or go by car or boat to discover or rediscover Cotentin.

Nestled in the heart of the private garden of the “Château de La Germonière”, le Relais des Cascades is a charming house with a wonderful outlook on the famous waterfalls. Fully renovated in 2024, this 90 sqm house proposes a high quality service on 2 floors and will accommodate up to 4 persons for an unforgettable stay. The house is a 15 min drive from the sea and 35 min drive for the D-Day beaches.

Our cottage located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, a small village in the Manche, will allow you to discover a beautiful region, between land and sea. We offer you a comfortable and fully equipped gîte, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people, 200 m from the beach and close to all shops. Come and enjoy the surrounding calm, the many walks and the seaside located 5 minutes' walk away.
