Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

I loved my stay in Granville. The accommodation in the old town was great. A cozy apartment in old stone. And beautiful sea views. Super quiet environment. Not a sound. And a great apartment. I felt at home quickly. Very comfortable. In conclusion, my weekend was particularly successful thanks to this place.

We had a great stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

An apartment where we would have liked to stay longer. It feels good, a bit like home. A decoration where each object has taken us on a journey, a functional apartment where everything is designed for you to have a pleasant stay. A bright apartment, a view where the sea is present in all 4 corners of the apartment. We never tire of contemplating these little colourful roofs with the sea in the background. To get there, you just have to cross the road. In short, a place where you feel good and can recharge your batteries.

I travel for work, I travel a lot and I like the entrance to the accommodation to be simple and to find myself in a quiet place. great for traveling Lionel

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s very bright and clean, well equipped and so close to the beach. Sylvie and Christian are outstanding hosts and we felt right at home. Gouville-sur-Mer is a peaceful village and a perfect location from which to explore Normandy.

We spent 3 days with our two children in Chantal's accommodation and everything was there: A warm welcome, an environment worthy of the most beautiful postcards and what to say about the accommodation: straight out of a magazine, we felt at home and the jacuzzi delighted both the young and old. Bedding to relieve any back pain and a real haven of peace surrounding. Thanks again for everything Chantal, we had a hard time leaving and hope to be able to come back 😊 Don't change anything...everything is perfect! Karine, Luis, Alice and Rafael

The house right by the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tastefully and cozy. The kitchen Very well equipped from A like oyster breakers to Z like lemon press ,everything is there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Enough sockets and ledges were thought of to conveniently charge electronic devices. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms outside and is cold. The surroundings are wonderful for walking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping opportunities in Quettehou ( also great organic shop !) A memorable holiday!

It is a very well-equipped cottage where every detail of the decoration is thought out with taste and refinement. Its lush, private garden, with no neighbours overlooking, completes this charming decor where you are sure to have a great stay. And of course the hospitality, kindness and availability of the hosts Marie and Michel

For us, it was the first visit to Normandy and we felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment in Anne's house. Beautifully and elaborately renovated, but also furnished with a lot of taste and feeling. There was nothing missing. The contact with the neighbours was also very warm and nice. The tranquility, the surroundings and the region have done us a lot of good. The contact with Anne was uncomplicated and extremely friendly. Also, for all the information. We can only recommend this contact and will definitely come back.

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well cared for and Marion responds quickly and is helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the pool or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it is a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

amazing view, beautiful, clean, well received by Marie-Line. She gave tips on visiting sights. 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are plenty of eateries on the beach where you can eat cheaply (by Belgian standards). Bakery 3 km away. Top accommodation, top location and TOP view!!!

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

The house is beautiful, perfect for a family, very spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Only 50 metres from the sea, the location is ideal for enjoying the beach and the calm. A really enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend! Laurence is a very accommodating host. Thank you! ☺

Very cozy accommodation, nice with the small garden... ideally located for beautiful visits in the Cotentin, magnificent natural landscapes... Aude and Marine are very friendly and available in exchanges!🙂 We recommend La ferme des Mielles, 5 minutes' walk away... delicious cooking and very friendly welcome!... not to mention the Bar des Pirates for a drink with your feet in the sand overlooking the sea!

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door to access the terrace without overlooking the wind shelter is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

A practical, well-equipped and soberly decorated accommodation, ideally located on the port of Grandcamp, in a perfectly secure residence. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach...

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, facing a small beach and a few minutes from the city centre on foot. Highly responsive and welcoming host. The only small "downside" would be the lack of Wi-Fi, as it does not pick up the 5G network at all.

It was a pleasure to stay at David & Olivia's place again. The nest is really a cozy place and ideally located for enjoying the city, sea view as a bonus...
