Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

They did everything to make our stay as good as possible, even going so far as to welcome us in advance with a smile. Their generosity and kindness really touched us. The accommodation is very nice, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking in community and spices. You feel at home! It is ideal for a stay for three couples with children, the double room on the mezzanine is a little small for adults. Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You attach importance to it where you do not, but I have not had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 am for the next tenant and that's it. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele…. But maybe Christele is called Georges…. Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you Georges…

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We went as a group of 4 to spend a moment of change of scenery at Sebastien's & we had enough space for all of us in the chalet. The accommodation is nice, the street is peaceful & there are quite a few activities nearby. Sebastien is welcoming, friendly & makes good apple pies for the arrival of guests! Very nice stay. Very clean and well arranged apartment. Be careful to look at the season so as not to have too many shops and activities closed. The hostess is responsive, you can exchange easily and pleasantly. I recommend it if you want to stay in the mountains.

Everything is functional, convenient, clean. The host is responsive and available, while still leaving the freedom to be self-sufficient in this home. Nothing to complain about, it's one of the best places I've been able to do in Grenoble and its surroundings. The only areas for improvement I would have to find are: - Wifi which was functional but a little slow to study. And the 5g network was going pretty badly. - Although cleaning is included in the price, I wish I had a broom or small vacuum cleaner to clean behind me throughout these 3 weeks.
