On the bike side, it's a real playground: Galibier, Glandon, Madeleine or the famous hairpin turns of Montvernier are waiting for you. In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Located a stone's throw from the Mollaret plan and its shops, ski departure at the foot of the tour track, you will no longer need the car once it is parked in the free and shared parking lot of the residence. In summer, the heated pool is accessible in July and August.

The apartment is very clean, we redid the bathroom as well as the floor everywhere (tiles and floor). View of the resort on the southeast side. Key box on site. Free shuttle. In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.
