An end of terrace grade 2 listed workmans cottage in the conservation area of St. Columb Major, close to Newquay, Wadebridge and Padstow. Fantastic access by road (A30, A38, A39), Rail (nearest station St. Columb Road, 2.5 miles), Air ( Newquay Airport 3 miles). There are several pubs in the village and a lovely tearoom, and local shops including a butchers and a Co-op. Close to the wonderful beaches of Watergate Bay, Bedruthan Steps & Mawgan Porth and within easy reach of Eden Project.

Welcome to our lovely holiday home! Central in the town of St Columb Major with plenty of amenities, it is conveniently located between Padstow & Newquay! With seaside and relaxation in mind, its a home from home in Cornwall. It has two bedrooms, one king sized bed and both with Premier Inn mattresses! The living room can be used as an occasional bedroom with pull out sofa bed. We also have a courtyard, large TV & Wifi. Parking is available in nearby car parks. Some Free in evenings.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It is in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking, king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.
