Our obsession with taking care of the details is appreciated in every corner of a 40 m2 stay, located on the first floor of the building, set in Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: living area with corner sofa and TV with the APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, air conditioning and heating installation, equipped with table and chairs to be able to eat in comfort. Kitchen area, fully equipped, kitchen utensils, utensils for two people, free fridge CREATED with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access a small balcony equipped with a table and an outdoor chair. Bedroom area, with large wardrobe and Queen-size bed (150x190), from which you access the en-suite bathroom with ample shower and access to a second balcony. Bedroom features a fan in the ceiling. The building does not have an elevator, to reach our "L'Apartament" you have to walk up to the first floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels. If required, services may be provided at an additional cost.

Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.
