Apartamento independiente con salón, cocina, una habitación y un baño en un espacio privilegiado a las faldas de la Sierra Falconera. Cocina con electrodomésticos enseres, una habitación con cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama en el salón. El apartamento tiene unos 52 m². Aceptamos mascotas. La vivienda tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción. El aire acondicionado está en el salón pero enfría o caldea todo el apartamento. Cuenta con una cocina con frigorífico, tostador, microondas, cafetera, campana, platos, vasos, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes y todos los enseres necesarios. Tiene una gran barra con dos taburetes para desayunar o comer. El salón cuenta con una mesa con cuatro sillas. En el centro de la estancia hay un sofá-cama y televisión (Smart TV) con acceso a internet. El baño completo con ducha, gel, champú, toallas, y secador de pelo. La habitación cuenta con una cama doble de 1.40, mesitas y un armario. Si traes a tu mascota será bienvenida y se lo pasará en grande. Deberás de registrarla en la reserva, tenerla siempre controlada, no dejarla sola en el apartamento y, por higiene, traerle su propia camita. Este alojamiento es únicamente para personas que quieran disfrutar de la naturaleza y el relax. Menores de 24 años consultar, están prohibidas las fiestas y las visitas. No se admiten visitas. La terraza delantera es de uso y disfrute privado aunque hay una zona de paso. Las demás zonas: jardín y piscina, son compartidas con huéspedes del otro apartamento. Cuenta con el patio delantero con un limonero, un jardín con flores, estanque de peces, mesas y sillas de terraza, hamaca hawaiana, etc. Desde ahí puede disfrutar de la naturaleza con vistas a la montaña, o desayunar en un encanto rural único. Desde este espacio se accede directamente al apartamento por lo que es un lugar que disfrutan solamente los huéspedes. Subiendo las escaleras laterales accedemos al jardín trasero, en este espacio puede encontrarse con perros y gatos de los propietarios. En el jardín se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza, tomando el sol, disfrutando de un refrigerio, leyendo en nuestra biblioteca exterior, jugar con nuestra mesa de pin pon (previa reserva) o simplemente relajarse en las hamacas hawaianas. (Este espacio es compartido con los huéspedes del otro apartamento). En ella puede disfrutar del sol, relajarse o tomar un refrigerio, en las tumbonas. Los propietarios vivimos en la casa de arriba. Es muy importante que los huéspedes sean amantes de los animales ya que en las zonas comunes pueden encontrarse con nuestros perros, los cuales son muy hospitalarios y cariñosos. Si bien puedes traer a tu mascota, previa petición, y siempre respetando las normas de higiene y convivencia que tenemos marcadas.

Apartamento-Ático de 40m2 en la Planta Segunda del edificio y una terraza privada de 15 m² con solárium, hamacas y jacuzzi cubierto. Cuenta con Zona Salón-Cocina con acceso a pequeño balcón y barra alta, y zona dormitorio con cama Queen Size (150x190) y con baño en-suite con amplia ducha y con acceso a un segundo balcón. Sin duda, L'Àtic es nuestro apartamento estrella, ¡con terraza-solárium y jacuzzi privado! Nuestra obsesión por cuidar los detalles se aprecia en cada rincón de una estancia ambientada en el estilo mediterráneo-chic y totalmente equipada para tu máximo confort: Zona salón con sofá y Televisión con las APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, instalación de aire acondicionado y calefacción. Zona cocina, totalmente equipada, con menaje para 2 personas, barra alta y taburetes, nevera exenta CREATE con congelador, lavadora y lavavajillas. Dispone de acceso a pequeñó balcón que cuenta con una mesa y una silla de exterior. Zona dormitorio, con amplio armario y cama Queen-size (150x190), desde la que se accede al baño en-suite con amplia ducha y acceso a un segundo balcón. El dormitorio cuenta con ventilador en el techo. A través de unas escaleras interiores, se accede al rooftop, una terraza privada que cuenta con zona solárium con 2 tumbonas, ducha exterior, mesa y sillas, y una zona cubierta y cerrada con jacuzzi privado. El edificio no dispone de ascensor, para llegar a nuestro apartamento-ático hay que subir andando hasta la segunda planta del edificio. No se realiza servicio diario de limpieza/cambio de ropa de cama/toallas. En caso de requerirlo, se pueden proporcionar los servicios con un coste adicional.
