Independent apartment with living room, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom in a privileged space at the foothills of the Sierra Falconera. Kitchen with household appliances, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is about52sqm. We welcome pets. The property has air-conditioning and heating. The A/C is in the living room but it cools or hot the entire apartment. It has a kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hood, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and all the necessary items. It has a large bar with two stools for breakfast or lunch. The hall has a table with four chairs. In the center of the stay there is a sofa bed and TV (Smart TV) with internet access. The full bathroom with shower, gel, shampoo, towels, and hairdryer. The room has a 1.40 double bed, tables, and a closet. If you bring your pet you will be welcome and have a great time. You must register it in the reservation, have it always controlled, do not leave it alone in the apartment and, for hygiene, bring her her own bed. This accommodation is only for people who want to enjoy nature and relaxation. Under 24 years of age to check, parties and visits are prohibited. No visitors. The front terrace is for use and private enjoyment although there is a passing area. The other areas: garden and pool, are shared with guests in the other apartment. It features the front patio with a lemon tree, a garden with flowers, fish pond, terrace tables and chairs, Hawaiian hammock, etc. From there you can enjoy nature with mountain views, or have breakfast in a unique rural charm. From this space you directly access the apartment so it is a place that only guests enjoy. Going up the side stairs we access the rear garden, in this space you can meet dogs and cats of the owners. In the garden you can enjoy nature, sunbathing, enjoying a refreshment, reading in our outdoor library, playing with our pin pon table (prior reservation) or just relaxing in the Hawaiian hammocks. (This space is shared with the guests of the other apartment). In it you can enjoy the sun, relax or have a snack, on the loungers. The owners live in the house upstairs. It is very important that guests are animal lovers as in common areas they can meet our dogs, which are very hospitable and affectionate. While you can bring your pet, upon request, and always respecting the hygiene and coexistence regulations that we have marked.

The perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway. 40 m² penthouse apartment on the second floor of the building with a 15 m² private terrace featuring a solarium, hammocks and an indoor jacuzzi. It has a living room-kitchen area with access to a small balcony and a high bar, a bedroom area with a queen-size bed (150x190), and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and access to a second balcony. Without a doubt, L'Penthouse is our Star Apartment, ¡with terrace-solarium and private jacuzzi! Our obsession with taking care of the details is appreciated in every corner of a stay set in the Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Lounge area with sofa and TV with the APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, air conditioning and heating installation. Kitchen area, fully equipped, with kitchenware for 2 people, high bar and stools, free fridge CREATED with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It has access to small balcony that has a table and outdoor chair. Bedroom area with a large wardrobe and a queen-size bed (150x190), from which you can access the en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a second balcony. Bedroom features a fan in the ceiling. An internal staircase leads to the rooftop, a private terrace with a sunbathing area featuring two loungers, an outdoor shower, a table and chairs, and a covered, enclosed area with a private jacuzzi. The building does not have an elevator, to reach our apartment-tico you have to walk up to the second floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels. If required, services may be provided at an additional cost.
