Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

This was the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. There is attention to detail in every corner; it’s peaceful and soothing and clean and cozy. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the shared space is so comfortable. The view of the mountains and the stars at night were spectacular. The property management team was responsive and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Very nice and well-equipped house in a very quiet place. The outdoor area with pool is perfect for summer evenings. Ger has been very attentive to anything we might need.

The house exceeded our expectations. In the photos it was not fully appreciated, but when we arrived we were surprised how well cared for and clean it was. They have a very good presence in person. The location is excellent: it is in a very central area, close to the beach and with everything you need at hand (shops, restaurants, etc.), which makes it ideal for getting around on foot without relying on a car. In addition, the person in charge was very attentive and we noticed the effort to offer us a better experience. He was able to resolve the misunderstandings that arose in a kind and effective way, which made our stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, a recommended place for those looking for comfort, a good location and quality service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Short walk to local bars and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. There was an open fire for great atmosphere. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. There gardens and pool were maintained everyday. We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. Our stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. From the start, the hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, giving us local recommendations and making sure we had everything needed for a comfortable experience. The accommodation was spotless, well decorated and with all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was also perfect, close to the main tourist spots but in a quiet atmosphere. We definitely felt right at home and very well cared for. We recommend this place without hesitation and hope to return in the future. Fantastic experience!

We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were spotless and with a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several details, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, new scouring and cloth and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything corresponded perfectly with what the listing indicated. Without question, a highly recommended stay.

The apartment is located right on the beach. Access to the beach is very convenient. It is also close to restaurants and supermarkets, which makes shopping much easier. In addition, the terrace has beautiful ocean views. Highly recommended accommodation.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to the sound of ocean waves and walking the beach every morning was glorious. Super clean, spacious, peaceful, loved the balcony and views! I can’t wait to return!

The stay with Lucia was an absolute 10/10. Starting with the communication before my trip to Gandia, which was outstanding. The apartment itself has an outstanding location. Walking distance to the beach. The apartment is well furnished, very very cozy and cannot be beat in terms of cleanliness. We were even put various soft drinks and milk in the fridge for the stay. In addition, some things for breakfast (toast bread, marmalade,...) were available. We were greeted with chocolate bunnies, Roche, and other sweet attentions. During the stay, Lucia was always available and went out of her way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Check-in / check-out is very easy, no matter what time you arrive. Price unbeatable for an apartment of this type (we were from 25-04. May on site) Simply a feel-good oasis and an absolute recommendation!!!!

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!
